A breast lift is not a simple procedure, but in the hands of an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon, it is normally safe and straightforward. As with any surgery, there are risks and uncertainties.
These are not common, but you should be aware of some of the possible complications which may include:- Reaction to anesthesia.
- Bleeding and infection following the operation.
- Uneven nipple position.
- Changes in nipple or breast sensation. Nipple numbness may be temporary or permanent.
- Lumpy, red scarring.
