The surgeon's fee for upper and lower blepharoplasty on both eyes range from $2,000 to $5,000, which includes follow-up care for a year. You will probably be asked to pay for the procedure in advance. Anesthesiology services cost another $300 to $1,200, depending on the type of anesthesia used and who administers it--a nurse anesthetist or an anesthesiologist. You will also be charged $750 to $2,000 for use of the surgical facility. Office-based operating rooms and freestanding surgicenters generally charge less than hospital-based operating rooms.
