What is the difference between a facelift and mini-facelift? |
 |
 |
A mini-facelift is considered a neck lift consisting of surgery from the jaw down, and a full facelift includes the face and the neck. A mini-facelift involves tightening of the skin only; no underlying muscle is removed. A full facelift involves the underlying muscle work, and tightening and/or excising of the skin. |
